Pricing

All prices are in U. S. Dollars. New purchase pricing will be highlighted with yellow. Upgrade pricing from version 1.4 (or earlier) and Lading Manager Lite will be labeled and highlighted with teal. (See Upgrade Pricing below.)

Standalone Version

There are three price levels for the Lading Manager™ standalone version.

The basic version includes the ability to input and track bills through the normal program interface. It does not include the reporting, importing, and inventory modules.

This version includes the basic version plus one (your choice) of the following modules:

• Reporting. This modules allows you to run and print any of the built-in reports, plus allow you to create your own data queries with data export to Microsoft^® Excel^®, Microsoft^® Word^®, XML data format, or CSV data format.
• Importing. This module allows carrier, consignee, origin, and bill of lading data to be imported from external sources. (External sources must be in a text, separated value format. Separators may be commas, semi-colons, or tabs.)

This version includes the basic version plus the inventory module.

This version includes the basic version, plus inventory, plus one (your choice) of the following modules:

• Reporting. This modules allows you to run and print any of the built-in reports, plus allow you to create your own data queries with data export to Microsoft^® Excel^®, Microsoft^® Word^®, XML data format, or CSV data format.
• Importing. This module allows carrier, consignee, origin, and bill of lading data to be imported from external sources. (External sources must be in a text, separated value format. Separators may be commas, semi-colons, or tabs.)

This version has all of the features and modules that Lading Manager™ has to offer.

Network Version

The network version comes with all of the options that are available in Lading Manager™ Full. There are no limits to the number of workstations that can access the software, but the software must be installed on only one fileserver. The network version requires Microsoft^® SQL Server^® version 2005 or higher, which is not included with Lading Manager™ Network and must be purchased separately.

Upgrade Pricing

If you are a current registered user of the Lading Manager™ software (version 1.4 or earlier) or Lading Manager Lite, then you are entitled to a reduced price. Your price is determined by subtracting what you have already paid from the full price listed. For example, if you want a Lading Manager™ Full standalone version and you paid $25.00 for Lading Manager Lite, then your price would be $70.00 ($95.00 - 25.00). Another example would be that you paid $65.00 for multiple copies of version 1.4 and you wanted the network version. Your cost would be $210.00 in this case ($275.00 - 65.00).

If you cannot remember what you paid for your previous version of Lading Manager™, ALMSys, Inc. has detailed records of all registered customers and what has been paid to-date. Simply provide your registration information and we will tell you the price BEFORE you are committed to buy.

Additional Copies of Lading Manager™ Standalone

Additional copies of any of the standalone version may be purchased at a reduced price.

Registration and payment is performed from within the Lading Manager™ software.
