Fleet Representative Maintenance

Used to maintain fleet representatives' information.

Layout / How To
Reps may be added via the new button

. New reps are automatically assigned the name "New 1". Change this to the rep's name (or other coding scheme that works for you) and press the save button

Reps may be deleted, but only if they are not assigned to any deals. Choose File - Delete to delete a representative.

Merging Information
You may merge (reassign) all deals from one rep to another existing rep. Simply position to the rep that you wish to reassign. Then, change the I.D. field to the I.D. that is to "receive" the deals. ALMSys will prompt you to confirm this reassociation.

Renumbering an I.D.
If you change the I.D. field for an existing rep to an I.D. that does not already exist, ALMSys will renumber the I.D. and reassign all of the associated deals to the new rep I.D.
