Quotes Warranty Log and Maintenance

Tools - Warranty Log

Purpose
To display and maintain the warranties that have been purchased.

Layout / How To
The grid is sortable; simply click on the desired column heading to sort by that column. Use the Search box to find specific values. You may use a percent sign (%) to help in search for values within text strings. For example, if you are sorting by Sold To Name, you may search for %smit and you will be positioned to the first Sold To Name which contains the characters "smit."

You may add a new record by clicking the button.

Double clicking on any item in the grid will take you to the Warranty Log Record Maintenance screen. 

To delete a record, select the record in the grid and then click the button.

Warranty Log records are typically added via the Finalize Quote screen.
