Quotes Customer List

This screen is accessed from anywhere within ALMSys Quotes that a customer, selling dealer, or lienholder needs to be maintained or selected for use.

Purpose
To provide a screen to maintain names and addresses used with the ALMSys Quotes system.

Layout / How To
The grid is sortable; simply click on the desired column heading to sort by that column. Use the Search box to find specific values. You may use a percent sign (%) to help in search for values within text strings. For example, if you are sorting by Last Name, you may search for %smit and you will be positioned to the first Last Name which contains the characters "smit."

You may add a new record by clicking the

button.

You may copy a name and address record from ALMSys via the

button.

Double clicking on any item in the grid will take you to the Quote Edit Name and Address screen.

To delete a record, select the record in the grid and then click the

button.

This list is also used to select a name and address. In this case, select the record and click the Select and Return button.
