All Notes
Main Menu - Deal - All Notes
Used to view, edit, and print all notes for the current deal. (To view/edit/print all notes, you must have security clearance for each note type.)
Layout / How to
All of the notes for the deal, including overall account notes, are displayed on this screen. If you do not have security to view a specific screen (such as Vehicle - General), then you will not see the corresponding notes for that screen.
Each note (except payment notes) are preceded by a button. Press the button before the note to view or edit the note's complete contents.
Payment notes are provided for view-only purposes. You may only edit these notes on the Payment - History screen.
