Table Fix Utility Programs

ALMSys® may be set up on either a standalone PC or on a network. Further, it can be configured as a single company, a single financial institution with multiple branches, or as a service bureau for multiple companies.

GM Dealerships can configure ALMSys® to distinguish between closed and open-ended leases.

ALMSys® runs on Microsoft® Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP platforms. Standalone installations require a minimum of 192 MB RAM. (Windows ME is not recommended.)

Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.8 or higher is required. (Included with installation.)

ALMSys® has not yet been tested in a Windows Vista environment. It is the position of ALMSys, Inc. to not recommend operating systems until they have been thoroughly tested and are relatively bug-free. Windows Vista does not yet pass this criteria. Therefore, you are at your own risk when using ALMSys® in a Windows Vista environment.

Network versions of ALMSys® require Microsoft® SQL Server® version 2000 or higher. (SQL 2005 is recommended.) Workstations must have Windows 98 Second Edition or higher and should have at least 128 MB RAM. (Windows ME is NOT recommended.)

All workstations must have Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.8 or higher. (Included with installation.)

ALMSys® is a comprehensively secure system. Each user must login with an I.D. and a password. Your designated ALMSys® system administrator will assign security allowances to each user I.D. defined to the system.

Use of ALMSys® requires a License Agreement to be signed between your company and ALMSys, Inc. Before ordering ALMSys®, please review the agreement so that you understand the licensing terms of the software.

Use of ALMSys® requires a monthly maintenance fee to be paid to ALMSys, Inc. This fee covers all telephone support and all future versions of the product.

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

ALMSys® provides conversion programs from some other leasing products. Please contact ALMSys, Inc. for more details on converting your lease data from another product.

On-site installation & training is available at a fixed price. If you are not converting lease data from another system, training via telephone is a lower cost option you may wish to consider. Contact ALMSys, Inc. to discuss your training needs.
